Vacancy: SEN and INCLUSION COORDINATOR
We are looking to appoint an SEN and Inclusion Coordinator with:
- Experience of leading in a secondary school on SEN and Inclusion
- Experience of working with pupils with SEMH and medical needs
- Experience of working in Upper/Middle Leadership
- The ability to oversee and coordinate the work of the SEN teaching team
- Proven classroom ability and practice
- Experience of and a sound understanding of how assessment is used to support learning for SEN pupils
- A good knowledge of strategies for supporting an ethos of positive behaviour management
